What's the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is 7-14 days. Rushed turnaround time 3-5 days.How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to prevent the rushed turnaround fee and/or same day fee.
Do you offer branding sessions?
Yes, I do. However, pricing for that would have to be negotiated during an in-studio consultation.
What's the difference between a standard retouch and a creative edit?
Standard edit includes color correction, skin tone retouching, blemish removal, and fixing small background flaws, as well as minor hair touchups.
A creative edit goes beyond standard retouching and is more artistic and stylized. Including digital backdrop placement, or an Alter Ego look which is you in one frame multiple times, doing different poses or in different outfits.
What if I wanted to book another look?
Look over the add ons when booking and select that additional look add on.
Can I use filters or re-edit my photos?
To maintain brand consistency and image quality, filters or additional edits should not be applied to delivered images. You’re always welcome to request a retouching adjustment—I want you to love your photos.
Where do sessions take place?
Most sessions are held in our studio in Kalamazoo, MI. However, you may request to shoot outdoors, or at a lifestyle location depending on the session type. Location details can be discussed during booking or consultation.
Can I bring someone to my session with me?
I want you to feel as comfortable as possible, so of course you can bring a plus one to your session with you!
Is the deposit refundable?
No, the deposit is not refundable unless the shoot is cancelled by the Photographer.
What happens if I miss my MINI session or need to reschedule?
Mini sessions are event-specific and discounted, so the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled mini, you must reach out within the same mini season to reschedule, subject to availability. Missed or unrescheduled mini sessions are considered forfeited and cannot be applied to future mini events or sessions.
